Exchange & Return Policy


For E-commerce

Exchange Policy (No Returns)

  • Within 15 Days, at any EGO store; at current (Last Discounted) price.
  • Invoice or e-receipt needed (or exact date needed to track purchase).
  • Not used clothes with tags.
  • Defected clothes can be exchanged or refunded at store of purchase only; at price of purchase.
  • CLEARANCE and FACTORY OUTLET purchases cannot be exchanged or refunded.

1)     Refunds are only available for all defected and wrongly shipped merchandise with all reverse logistics to be borne by the brand.

2)     All merchandise can be exchanged with-in 15 days of purchase with an authorization from customer service desk and/or a proof of purchase at any EGO store across Pakistan.

3)     International online orders cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the merchandise is wrongly shipped.

4)     Credit vouchers will be issued for all refunds.



For Outlets


All merchandise can be exchanged with-in 15 days of purchase with a proof of purchase at any EGO store across Pakistan.

2)     Exchange is only possible on unworn/unused merchandise with all tags attached.

3)     Merchandise purchased on DISCOUNT can neither be exchanged nor refunded.

4)     All sales are non-refundable.

5)     All defected merchandise (exception merchandise bought at Factory Outlets) can be exchanged/refunded right-away with no questions asked.

6)     Defected merchandise to be refunded at an original invoice/tag price at the store it was purchased from or any EGO owned stores.

 *What is a Proof of Purchase?

a.      Invoice/e-receipt.

b.     In case customer fails to provide a proof of purchase they are required to tell the date and time of purchase.

*How to identify Factory Outlet stock? Look for sliced size labels.
